For more than 12 years, Roche—maker of Accu-Chek® products—has been a proud sponsor of one of JDRF’s signature outreach initiatives, the JDRF Bag of Hope. Through generous support and collaboration with local JDRF chapters and JDRF international affiliates, Roche has helped distribute more than 19,000 Bags of Hope annually to families of children who have been newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D) around the world. The Bag of Hope is filled with many important T1D resources, including educational materials, a DVD, Rufus the Bear with Diabetes and an ACCU-CHEK® Aviva Connect blood glucose meter.
