We are very pleased to be able to share with you an amazing video created by Lila, sister of 10 year old Katharine.

“Ever since my sister was diagnosed, I have been confronted with the problem of public misinformation about Type One. She has been incredibly brave, and when in my school’s video class we were asked to create a video to address a problem in our lives, I immediately turned to this, for although there is no physical “cure” for Type One (yet), there is a way to inform others on the disease; to open their worldview. That is why I made this video, which I call “The Numbers.” It is a tribute to my sister as well as a physical representation of one societal “cure”; information.”
