JDRF One Promise Gala: Passport to a Cure

THANK YOU to all the guests, sponsors, donors, committee members, and JDRF staff that made the JDRF Passport to a Cure Gala on April 29th a phenomenal and successful event!!

Also, THANK YOU to Dr. Amy L. Stankavage and Amy’s 6 year old daughter, Ava Brielle Stankavage, for being the Gala’s Fund A Cure speakers. They both have type 1 diabetes and graciously shared their stories of living with the disease and hopes for a world without it. Their speech was emotional, inspirational and showed the courage and strength Amy and Ava have facing type 1 diabetes everyday.

 

Fund A Cure is a very special part of the Gala- it is the Auction of Passion.  All gifts towards Fund A Cure are 100% tax-deductible and will be used to fund diabetes research.
