Mike Wilson, CEO of JDRF Australia, showed his mile-high commitment to JDRF by jumping out of a plane as a fundraising initiative. The inaugural Jump to Cure Diabetes, held in every capital city across Australia, took place on March 10.
To maximize donations, Mike (pictured above, right, with his sky-diving instructor) agreed that his highest donor would get to decide what he wore when jumping. His highest donor (a $1,000 donation) asked him to wear fan gear from her favorite football team!
