Getting in on Olympics fever, Team JDRF competed in the first-ever Pediatric Diabetes East of England Games, held in Cambridge, England, on August 29. The competitors in blue, all children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes, showed everyone how it’s done in events including sprints, sack race, long jump, egg-and-spoon race, dodge ball, tag rugby, and welly throwing.
